All sessions are 50 minutes long and take place once a week at the same time and on the same day. It is an important element of the therapeutic process that the sessions are consistent and regular.

50-minute initial consultation - £80
50-minute sessions online - £80 daytime, currently I don't have any evening sessions available.

Attachment-Focused Family Therapy for Adoption - £90
Reconnect Family Therapy - £90
EMDR - £140 (Sessions are generally 1.5 hours.
