All sessions are 50 minutes long and take place once a week at the same time and on the same day. It is an important element of the therapeutic process that the sessions are consistent and regular.

50-minute initial consultation - £90
50-minute sessions - £90 daytime, currently I don't have any evening sessions available.
Couple Counselling - £90
Attachment-Focused Family Therapy for Adoption - £120
Reconnect Family Therapy - £150
EMDR - £160 (Sessions are generally 1.5 hours.
